Return Window
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return:
- The item must be unused and in its original condition.
- The item must be returned in its original packaging.
- Proof of purchase or your order number is required.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Items marked as Final Sale.
- Gift cards.
- Products that have been used, altered, or are not in their original condition.
- Products damaged due to misuse, improper handling, accidents, or normal wear and tear.
- Items returned without prior return authorization from Homvolia.
Return Process
To start a return, please contact us before sending any item back.

Please include:
- Your order number
- The reason for your return
- Photos if the item is damaged or incorrect
Once your request is approved, we'll provide return instructions.
Please do not return any item without prior authorization.
Return Shipping
If the return is due to:
- A defective item
- A damaged product
- An incorrect item sent by us
We will cover the return shipping cost.
For all other approved returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise stated.
